Edward CohnHolds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland (B.A. 1967) and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore (J.D. 1971). Mr. Cohn is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Cohn concentrates his practice in the areas of creditor's rights, foreclosures, bankruptcy and collections.

Stephen GoldbergHolds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University (B.A. 1968) and a Juris Doctor Degree with Honors from the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. 1971). Mr. Goldberg is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He is a former law clerk to the Honorable C. Stanley Blair, United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Goldberg concentrates his practice in the areas of creditor's rights, foreclosures, bankruptcy and collections.

Ronald DeutschHolds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland (B.A. 1979), a law degree from the National Law Center, George Washington University, (J.D. 1982) and a Masters in Taxation Law also from The National Law Center, George Washington University (LL.M 1985). He is A-V rated with Martindale-Hubbell and maintains memberships with the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Courts for the District of Columbia and Maryland.

Mr. Deutsch obtained a nationally recognized reported decision in Island Financial v. Ballman, 607 A.2d 76 (1992) and has had dozens of articles published in industry publications. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of REOMAC, a former member of the Board of Directors of the USFN, the former Chair of the Real Property Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, and a lifetime fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation. He is also a former Chair of the Foreclosure Committee of the Maryland Bar Association and served on Governor Martin O’Malley’s Maryland Homeownership Preservation Task Force – Legal and Regulatory Reform Work Committee, which was established to rewrite Maryland’s foreclosure law.

In addition to lecturing at the University of Maryland, Montgomery College, and the PDI Institute, Mr. Deutsch is a frequent speaker at industry events. He has also co-authored the District of Columbia chapter in the National Mortgage Servicer’s Reference Directory 27th Ed and co-authored Maryland Foreclosure and Repossession, National Business Institute.

Richard SolomonHolds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland (B.S. 1987) and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore (J.D. 1991) for which he served as a member of its Law Review. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, and foreclosures, as well as collections. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

He has spent over twenty-five years as a creditor’s rights attorney in Maryland and the District of Columbia, exclusively in the default servicing industry, and is A-V rated with Martindale-Hubbell. In that time he has transitioned from associate to managing partner, and now supervises the firm’s foreclosure, litigation, bankruptcy, eviction, and loss mitigation practices. He was instrumental in improving the firm’s policies and procedures, as well as the implementation of technology to better, and more efficiently, serve the needs of the firm’s clients.

He has co-authored the District of Columbia Chapter for the National Mortgage Servicer's Reference Directory, 23-26th Editions, has been published in industry trade publications, contributed materials to Gordon of Maryland Foreclosure, Fourth Ed. (2004), and has previously served as the Southeast Regional coordinator for the AFN Title Committee. He has been actively involved in coordinating with the Maryland foreclosure bar in lobbying efforts on behalf of the mortgage servicing industry, as well as new legislation, rules and regulations affecting the industry.

He has led the firm’s quality assurance program for approximately three years, and has made it a personal mission to ensure that the firm is a leader in the ethical, but zealous, representation of the firm’s default servicing clients.

His practice is concentrated in the areas of mortgage foreclosures, secured transactions, real estate, litigation, bankruptcy, as well as general creditor's rights.

Richard RogersHolds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland (B.S. 1976) and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore (J.D. 1979). He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Rogers concentrates his practice in the areas of creditor's rights; bankruptcy and litigation.

Michael McKeeferyHolds a Bachelor of the Arts Degree from the College of William and Mary (B.A. 2003) and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. 2007). He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Michael clerked for the Honorable Susan Souder in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland. He currently concentrates his practice in the areas of creditor's rights, real estate, litigation, foreclosure, mediation, eviction, and unsecured collections.

Christianna KerseyHolds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware (B.S. 2002) and a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware (J.D. 2010). Christianna is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. She concentrates her practice in the area of creditor’s rights, real estate, litigation, foreclosure, eviction and unsecured collections. Christianna also handles compliance related issues for Cohn, Goldberg & Deutsch, LLC, where she has been an associate since 2015. Ms. Kersey has written numerous articles for industry related publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

William SchoeberleinHolds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University (B.A. 1977) and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 1986). Bill is admitted to the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Prior to his admission to the Maryland Bar, he was a claims negotiator for an insurance carrier. Mr. Schoeberlein, who has extensive trial experience in insurance defense and automobile subrogation, currently concentrates his practice in the areas of creditor's rights and collection litigation.

Alan FinkHolds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland (B.A. 1968) and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. 1972). Alan is admitted to the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, The United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He concentrates his practice in the area of creditor’s rights, real estate/title, litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction.

Mary Jane FischerHolds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Notre Dame of Maryland University (B.A. 1974), a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (J.D. 1978), a Master of Arts in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University (M.A. 2003), a Master of International Policy and Practice in International Security Policy from the Elliott School of International Affairs of The George Washington University (M.I.P.P. 2005), a Master of Laws with Distinction from the Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M 2008) and Certificates in National Security Law (2008) and in International Human Rights Law (2012) from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Ms. Fischer is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the Sports Lawyers Association. Ms. Fischer has significant experience in real estate and business law as a commercial underwriting counsel and an in-house counsel in the areas of real estate, government affairs and corporate communications. In addition, she has managed a foreclosure and bankruptcy practice and has trained staff through mini-seminars, group presentations and the development of a training manual for daily use. She has also taught business law as an affiliate professor.

Ms. Fischer concentrates her practice in the areas of creditor’s rights, foreclosures, and title matters.
